Check out my soldier page for my latest World in Conflict map, do_USSR08. I have uploaded my latest World in Conflict (WIC) map to this server and on WICBase.com. Check out some of the screenshots in the soldier page. I haven't made many posts in the last few months since I was busy with teaching and some of my newer games. For your information, I recently bought NFS Carbon on special. Good thing it was on special because it's not quite as good as its predecessors. I did enjoy drifting the canyons though. My most recent purchase is the game World in Conflict. This game has kept me busy since November 7, the day I purchased it. The coolest feature of the game is the fact that they've released a map editor for it which makes its replay value increase quite a bit. You can find some of the maps I created on my soldiering page. In fact, I'm thinking of participating in a map making contest with my latest creation. Now that the semester is almost over, I'll have plenty of time to design cool levels. I have updated my soldier page. I give details on a neat feature I discovered recently as well as details on my last two user created missions. In racing news, this week I practiced a little bit in Richard Burns Rally, and I was able to beat my personal best times in three rally stages. There's still a lot of room for improvement, especially when it comes to "feeling" the car when I'm powersliding in the corners. This stuff is tough, and on some tracks, it's close to impossible to drift or powerslide properly since the track is so narrow. It does make any driving game I play right after as easy as child's play though... hehehe! I have uploaded the planes Allberry and I use to the Flying section. My ASA pack should follow soon, maybe later tonight if I have time. I also posted my best buddy Eric's car in my racing section after a not very subtle request from him by e-mail... LOL. Your ride now has an online home. If I build a garage section, maybe I'll put it in there if it is cool enough... You never know.
I have a few new things to report. First, on request from one of the users of my Comair Delta Connection FSX CRJ repaint, I made one to represent the ASA Airline (also part of Delta Connection so it didn't require lots of time). I haven't made it public yet, but I will as soon as I can. In ArmA news, well, there are a lot of missions being made at this time. I polished a few of the missions I had previously worked on, and gave them a briefing and all that good stuff. I should have three new missions for the weekend, maybe more. See soldiering section for some hints and pics.
Check out the soldier page for info on my latest Arma missions.
I've finally updated the look of my web page. This coincides with my new www.coolhand101e.com domain name. The page will contain various sections that I'll update once in a while. The page will only be in English because people who visit the page all speak it (unlike my previous one which had a French section). I hope you enjoy navigating my page! :-) |
